Common questions
What's an item?
One thing with a date: a license, a policy, a contract. A policy with two different expiry dates can be two items.
Can I switch plans later?
Whenever you like, from the Billing page. You're charged or credited for the difference.
If I cancel, do I lose my list?
No. You stay on your plan until the paid time is up, then move to Free. Everything is still there, and reminders continue for 15 items.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund partial months or years unless the law requires it.
Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
