Renew Clock belongs to and is run by StyleLine FZE, a company of the SRTIP Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. When you register, you agree to these terms.

Reminders help; renewals are still yours

Renew Clock sends reminders based on the dates in your account. Dates read by AI from your documents are suggestions until you confirm them, and you are responsible for checking them. Emails and messages can be delayed or filtered. Keeping licenses, policies, contracts and registrations current remains your responsibility, and we are not responsible for fines, lapses or penalties.

Your documents

You keep all rights to what you upload. You confirm you have the right to store it with us. Don't upload documents you're not allowed to share, or more personal information than you need.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars via Stripe, each month or each year, and renew on their own until you cancel. After cancelling, your paid features continue until that billing period finishes, and then the account changes to Free. We don't hand back money for partial periods unless required to by law. If prices change, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Liability

Renew Clock comes as is. Where the law lets us, we exclude indirect and consequential losses and cap our total liability at the sum you paid in the year before the claim.

Governing law

Sharjah emirate law and UAE federal law apply. Disputes go to the Sharjah courts unless your home country's law gives you a different right.
