StyleLine FZE (SRTIP Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE) is responsible for personal data in Renew Clock.

What's in your account

• Your name, email address and sign-in method
• Your team members' names and emails
• The items you track, with dates, notes and owners
• Documents you upload, such as licenses and policies, which may include names, addresses and license numbers
• Reminder settings, Slack or Teams webhook addresses and calendar feed links
• Billing history from Stripe

How documents are read

When you use AI date reading, the document is sent to an AI model provider through its API to pull out the type, holder, issuer and dates. The result is shown to you to confirm. We use providers that do not train their models on API data by default, and we don't use your documents for anything except your account.

Who can see your data

Only users you add to your account, plus a small number of our staff when needed to help you or keep the service secure. Our hosting, email, AI and payment providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you close it, your items and documents are erased within 30 days. Billing records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights

Email support@renewclock.com to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it.
